The House has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one on each level) and a separate media room. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, plenty of space for storage, and a second fridge.

Two sets of French doors open from the dining and living spaces onto a fabulous entertaining area comprised of a large deck, BBQ and outdoor dining area. 

The section is fully fenced so is suitable for young children.
